The Old School Rooms in Chew Magna was a lovely venue to work in. Really quirky with lots of stairs but it was a great change to be somewhere a bit different! Tom and Sally were keen to feed their guests a bit differently and opted for a sharing platter/ feast style wedding breakfast. We loved the menu, it was well balanced and there was something for everyone!
After the ceremony, guests gathered in the tiny courtyard, spilling out onto the cobbled street. Our waiting staff topped up demijohns of Pimms and served canapés to the peckish. After a while, everyone made their way upstairs for the wedding breakfast to begin. An hour later, with bellies full from the main course feast, no one could even consider having room for dessert! That was until they saw the convoy of Pavlovas parading through the room!
