Tom and Rachel’s Wedding – The Victorian Barn, Dorset – Saturday 9th July 2016

Happy couple Tom and Rachel had some lovely ideas for their wedding at The Victorian Barn in Dorset. Not too over the top, not too fussy, they just wanted a day to reflect their relationship and their personalities. They decided on an evening pizza buffet to represent their first date and they also hired a surf machine for everyone to put across their energy and love of the outdoors!

Originally from Cornwall, Rachel wanted to include something on the day to represent her heritage. So instead of canapés after the ceremony, guests were surprised with some little home made Cornish pasties, straight from the oven. They had little Cornish flags poking out of the top of them; needless to say the pasties went down a storm!

The wedding breakfast was a simple but crowd-pleasing menu; clean plates all round!

Lemon and Ginger Cheesecake, Lemon Curd, Raspberry Puree
