When I met Toby and Lindsay, they told me they wanted a fun wedding! And they definitely got that!…
They were married just outside the Bake Barn in front of all their family and friends, followed by Pimms and canapés.

Main Course was an informal affair with platters of pulled pork meat with apricot and pistachio stuffing placed on each table, with roasted garlic and rosemary new potatoes, rustic herby coleslaw, a Summery salad of tomatoes, basil pesto, rocket leaves and Balsamic, jewelled cous cous with pomegranate seeds and coriander, all rounded off with some very tasty home-made apple, sage and cider sauce.
Dessert was a mobile ice cream van to everyone’s delight, children and adults alike!
When we left the group, they had just started a very raucous round of Irish dancing, which I hear went on well into the early hours!
