First wedding of the 2016 and it was so beautiful!

There was an amazing atmosphere on the day, and such great weather for the lovely couple!

Matt and Jenna wanted a nice and simple menu for their 80 guests:

MAIN COURSE

Roast Chicken or Roast Pork

Goose Fat Roasted Potatoes

Potato Dauphinoise

Roasted Parsnips

Buttered Seasonal Vegetables

Somerset Cheddar Cauliflower Cheese

Home Made Apple and Cider Sauce

Redcurrant Jelly

Cranberry Sauce

Sage, Onion and Apple Stuffing

Flavoursome Gravy

Their desserts were some lovely wedding cupcakes made by the Mother of the Bride!

In the evening, guests were treated to an amazing buffet of cheeses, biscuits and home made chutney!
