Dinner Party, The Grange, Horsington – Tuesday 7th July 2015

It’s so lovely when a group ask you back to cater for them a whole year later!

The CM2000 board of directors specifically requested that we cater again for them on their return to The Grange in Horsington for their annual meeting. It was, as always, a really enjoyable experience and everyone had brilliant things to say about the food and service! Job well done!



Individual smoked salmon terrine served with a herb salad, lemon crème fraiche and edible flowers

LambMain Course

Slow-braised shoulder of lamb in Ras El Hanout spices, with apricots, dates and sultanas, served with Batata Harra (chilli potatoes), toasted almonds, spiced aubergine and tomato stew and a cooling cucumber and mint yoghurt dip


Strawberry and vanilla bean panna cotta placed on tangy lemon curd, with a compote of fresh English strawberries, a scoop of Pannacherry sorbet and garnished with micro basil leaves
