Dinner Party, The Grange, Horsington – Tuesday 15th July

We were thrilled to cater for the Board of Directors of CM2000 recently when they stayed at The Grange in Horsington during a work trip. The group enjoyed their canapés during a cocktail-making competition. Everyone was very complimentary about the food and they delighted in Alistair’s service. We’re already looking forward to the next one!thai

Terrine of Ham hock and herbs, garnished with various pickled petite vegetables and baby salad leaves dressed with Olive Oil

Crispy pork belly square, served with roasted garlic new potatoes, slow-braised fennel and sage and a splash of Kingston Black cider saucepork

Glazed passion fruit Crème Brûlée, garnished with a fresh exotic fruit salad of mango, pineapple, papaya (and more!) and a scoop of mango sorbet
