Bradley and Elizabeth’s Wedding – The Victorian Barn, Dorset – Saturday 26th September 2015

Bradley and Elizabeth wanted a menu that could be enjoyed by all of their guests! So they went for a simple starter of “Chicken Liver Parfait with Baby Salad Leaves and Spiced Prune and Tea Chutney”. The main course was “Chorizo and StarterSpinach stuffed Chicken Breast with Garlic Crushed New Potatoes, Tomato and Basil Sauce and Buttered Seasonal Vegetables”. The meal was finished off with big wedges of “Caramel Cheesecake with Chocolate Soil and Cream”.Dessert1

The next morning, we catered a full breakfast service for the happy couple and their family and friends. Brilliant cure for the many inevitable sore heads!
